About the Role

We are seeking a Handheld Service Technician to join our Technical Service team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining handheld instruments within our product portfolio. You'll provide service support to customers, respond to enquiries, and ensure a high standard of quality and turnaround times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calibrate, service, and repair handheld instruments
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers
  • Manage service enquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare quotes, process payments, and invoice customers
  • Ensure accurate service records and compliance with documented procedures
