Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their online orders promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing online orders using handheld devices
- Assisting with incoming deliveries, unloading and sorting stock
- Managing shelves to ensure they are well-stocked and organized
- Working to achieve daily targets and contributing to overall team goals
Requirements:
- Speed and accuracy when picking and packing orders
- Self-motivation and focus to achieve individual targets
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the day
- Comfortable learning new technology and using handheld mobile devices
