About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Greater Perth Area.

This role involves performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on handheld analytical instruments (XRF, LIBS, Vis-NIR), as well as conducting on-site field service visits and remote troubleshooting support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with analytical instrumentation, electronics, or electromechanical systems, and possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

In addition, excellent communication and customer-facing abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on handheld analytical instruments.
  • Conduct on-site field service visits and remote troubleshooting support.
  • Deliver technical support and training to customers.
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with analytical instrumentation, electronics, or electromechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
  • Relevant technical certification or degree preferred.
