Job Profile:

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled ICT professional to join our team as an ICT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class ICT support services to our organization.
  • Manage incoming support requests and resolve them within set service levels using our call logging system.
  • Administer and support various applications, including Active Directory, JD Edwards, MS Office 365, MS Exchange Online, MS Teams, and others.
  • Deploy, maintain, and repair desktops and laptops in line with our Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
  • Support and manage a range of peripheral devices.
  • Handheld device deployment and support, including smartphones and other iOS devices.
  • Install, upgrade, configure, and support software applications.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues, including cellular, satellite, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, xDSL, fibre, and NBN.
  • Arrange for repairs and warranty claims for faulty equipment.
  • Use our asset management system to handle purchasing, stock, and asset management.

Your Qualifications:

  • You can work independently.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You possess exceptional customer service abilities.
  • You have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have strong administration and troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
  • You have basic administration and support experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • You have excellent record-keeping and asset management skills.
