
Child Development Specialist

Unlock a new opportunity to elevate your clinical practice and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. As a Key Worker, you will be part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team working alongside clients to provide coordinated services.
This is an exciting chance to extend your skills and knowledge while delivering best-practice early childhood intervention models identified by the NDIS for children with developmental delays or disabilities.
You will work closely with clients and families to achieve their goals, ensuring their needs are represented throughout their therapy journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to support client progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver 1:1 and group interventions across various settings
- Completing necessary documentation to support ongoing funding for clients
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively in diverse environments
- Experience in working with children and/or disability sectors, with confidence in your abilities
- Compliance with relevant professional body registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, Driver's License & Vehicle
