  • Develop tailored interventions to support both participants and employers in achieving sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with employers to plan and develop workforce strategies that create future job opportunities and improve staff retention.
  • Partner with ongoing support practitioners to co-design solutions that help participants remain engaged in long-term employment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Lived experience or relevant experience supporting people with a disability.
  • Qualifications in Employment or Disability services highly regarded.
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.

As an Employer Advocate, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team committed to empowering individuals and driving life-changing transformation.
