As a dedicated Employment Opportunities Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting individuals with sustainable employment opportunities.

We are looking for someone committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting clients into sustainable employment. A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll bring experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored guidance, coaching and ongoing support to jobseekers
  • Meet specific targets and support clients in achieving sustainable employment
  • Bridge the gap between jobseekers and employers by understanding needs and opportunities
  • Network within the local community to create meaningful employment opportunities
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in employment services, retail, customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment
  • Proven success working within target-driven environments
  • A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement
  • Successful candidates must set up a my Gov ID to access Government data aligned to the role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, understanding of the local labour market, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate diverse client needs
  • Empathy, dignity, and respect balanced with drive to achieve positive business outcomes
