Employment Opportunities Coordinator

We are seeking passionate and motivated Employment Consultants to support participants living with mental health conditions into meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities.
About the Role- Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model to empower participants to achieve their employment goals.
- Manage a caseload of participants with mental health disability and provide tailored support that fosters resilience and confidence.
- Build strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities and exceed performance targets.
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field.
- Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with participants and their supports.
- Specialist IPS training and access to evidence-based practices.
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary professionals and flexible work options.
- Clear career pathways into leadership or specialist roles across NDIS, Inclusive Employment, and Workplace Rehabilitation.
