We are searching for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be the spark that ignites new business and fuels our sales engine. Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads and move them into the sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B is a big plus) at a large SAAS company.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in SaaS, IT consultancy, HR tech industries.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
