Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive demand generation strategy across ANZ, from creating awareness to accelerating pipeline and driving revenue. This role is responsible for full-funnel marketing programs that are aligned with sales priorities, regional goals, and corporate campaigns.

This position will work in close partnership with Sales, RevOps, and the broader global marketing team to develop programs that resonate with buyers, convert demand, and scale pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy, owning full-funnel campaign planning, partnering with Sales and RevOps, designing integrated campaigns, leveraging global campaign assets, tracking and measuring marketing performance, working cross-functionally with content, brand, and product marketing, and contributing to the growth of AvePoint's pipeline and brand presence in the ANZ region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and campaign strategy
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ enterprise technology market and buyer behavior
  • Proven track record of managing full-funnel programs and driving measurable pipeline impact
  • Experience with digital advertising, ABM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in a global marketing environment
