Role Summary:

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies across the entire buyer journey, from creating awareness to accelerating pipeline and driving revenue.

This role is responsible for full-funnel marketing programs that are aligned with sales priorities, regional goals, and corporate campaigns. You will work in close partnership with Sales, RevOps, and the broader global marketing team to develop programs that resonate with buyers, convert demand, and scale pipeline growth.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across multiple regions to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Own full-funnel campaign planning from awareness through conversion, aligned to regional goals and sales plays
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define audience segments, territory priorities, and lead qualification criteria
  • Design integrated campaigns across channels including digital, paid media, ABM, email nurture, and content syndication

You will leverage global campaign assets and localise as needed to ensure regional relevance and impact. Additionally, you will track, measure, and optimise marketing performance using PowerBI, 6sense, and marketing automation platforms.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to execute integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, and field channels. You will bring a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with strong ownership of regional success metrics and a customer-first mindset.

This position contributes to the growth of our pipeline and brand presence in the region through innovative marketing approaches. This includes working cross-functionally with content, brand, and product marketing to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency for both channel and direct.
