Job Title: Inclusion Support Specialist

We are seeking an Inclusion Support Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our educational program, you will work alongside senior educators and our educational leader to craft exceptional learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future programming.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
