Event Logistics Specialist Role

\

 

This key position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of staff retreats.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event execution, coordinating all aspects including employee engagement, venue management, tech setup, and scheduling.
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute event logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate schedules, quotations, and approvals while meeting with venues and contractors.
  • Prepare event materials, including printed materials, merchandise, thank-you gifts, prizes, and stationery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues during the event.
  • Post-event, finalize invoicing, payments, and send thank-you cards along with sharing photos.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Exceptional event coordination and administrative skills are required.
  • A strong background in working across teams and communicating with diverse audiences is necessary.
