Senior Event Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Event Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing webinars that drive business growth, engage partners, and showcase thought leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver high-quality events that meet the needs of our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a webinar strategy that aligns with key business objectives
  • Propose engaging webinar topics, speakers, and formats based on audience needs and performance data
  • Lead discussions to shape webinar themes and positioning
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the planning process
  • Prepare briefing materials and speaker support content, ensuring consistent messaging and delivery
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external contributors involved in event execution
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, registration, platform setup, dry runs, and live hosting
  • Ensure all event elements are delivered on time, including promotional campaigns, content assets, and speaker coordination
  • Monitor execution and problem-solve during live sessions as needed
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., impressions, CTR, registration, attendance, engagement, conversion)
  • Summarize insights and learnings in structured performance reports and presentations

Requirements include 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, strong critical thinking skills, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and ability to break down complex projects into actionable steps and manage multiple moving parts. You should also be proficient in building clear decks and post-event reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Digital marketing experience with understanding of campaign metrics and performance levers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
