Job Overview

The Overnight Bell Attendant is a vital role in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure experience for guests at our hotel. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Hail taxis and answer guest inquiries, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain the main entrance and frontage, preventing unauthorized entry and ensuring the security of guests and staff.

Talent Profile:

  • Full driver's license.
  • Able to work overnight shifts.
  • Experience in similar roles at luxury hotels or commercial facilities.
  • Basic computer skills and hands-on experience with room maintenance.
  • Good spoken English.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
