**Hotel Operations Manager Role**The role of Hotel Operations Manager is a key position that oversees the smooth operation of the hotel. This involves being the main contact for guests and colleagues during the overnight hours, ensuring the highest level of service, safety, and security.Responsibilities include overseeing night operations, enforcing compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety during nighttime hours. The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurate reporting of night activities, taking decisions on behalf of management in case of incidents or emergencies, conducting briefings of the overnight team, and monitoring performance standards.This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of hospitality operations and safety protocols.   • Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in Front Office operations in luxury hotels/resorts.
