About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Dams Engineer to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Water Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dam design and engineering services to our clients.

With a strong focus on innovation and emerging technology, our team is committed to providing transformative solutions for water system services throughout ANZ. We are industry leaders in asset management, infrastructure and service planning, design, and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop dam engineering solutions for water resources management
  • Conduct inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safety reviews and client liaison
  • Manage multiple projects from small to large scale, including superintendence and contract administration
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ/CPEng registration
  • Experience in dams engineering and design, with a strong focus on innovation and emerging technology
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion
