Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dam Design and Engineering Expert to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Water Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dam design and engineering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop detailed designs for water dams, retarding basins, and service basins
  • Conduct inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams, including review and surveillance of monitoring data
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safety reviews and client liaison services
  • Manage multiple projects from small to large scale, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ/CPEng registration
  • Proven experience in dam design and engineering, with a strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead projects independently
