Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dam Engineer and Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Water Team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on dam design, construction, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop detailed designs for water dams, retarding basins, and service basins
  • Conduct inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams, including review and surveillance of monitoring data
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safety reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide client liaison and project management services for multiple projects, from small to large scale
  • Supervise and administer contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration as a Professional Engineer (RPEQ/CPEng) highly regarded
  • Proven experience in dams engineering and design, with a strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to clients and stakeholders
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to innovate, collaborate, and grow with the company
