A Human Resources Information System Specialist role is available in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This contract position requires a dedicated HRIS Subject Matter Expert to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the HR system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
The successful applicant will have advanced administration, configuration, and optimisation experience with HR systems. They will also possess strong analytical skills, ability to identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations.
The selected candidate will serve as the go-to specialist for the HR system, embedding new modules and functionalities into everyday processes. They will partner with HR colleagues, managers, and external providers to troubleshoot issues, train users, and implement value-added solutions.

About the Role- Maintain and troubleshoot the HR system to ensure reliability, accuracy, and seamless user experience.
- Manage HR data quality, generate and validate operational and compliance reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve functionality, and enhance user adoption across the full HR suite.
- Serve as the HRIS specialist within the team, embedding new modules and functionalities into everyday processes.
- Partner with HR colleagues, managers, and external providers to troubleshoot issues, train users, and implement value-added solutions.
- Proven expertise with HR systems – advanced administration, configuration, and optimisation experience.
- Strong analytical capability – ability to produce and validate HR data, metrics, and reports within a HR environment.
- Process mindset – ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations.
- Hands-on approach – comfortable balancing administration with stakeholder support and system optimisation.
- Collaborative style – able to work effectively in a small HR team, share knowledge, and provide training to system users.
