We are seeking an experienced Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our club, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base by providing exceptional customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Proactively contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  2. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  4. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  5. Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
  6. Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  7. Open and close the club as per the club roster.
  8. Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.


**What You'll Need**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • The ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others.
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.

**What We Offer**
