About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work Health Specialist to join our team at Compass Group Pty Limited. As a key member of our injury management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the health and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective injury management strategies to drive timely return to work outcomes.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening services to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers to facilitate system and legislative compliance.
  • Coach and mentor internal stakeholders to promote a culture of health and safety.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nationwide initiatives and projects to reduce the impact of injuries.
Requirements
  • Relevant Allied Health Qualification (preferably Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a rehabilitation consultant, injury management advisor, or similar.
  • Sound knowledge of workers compensation, injury management, and workplace rehabilitation.
  • Outcome-focused, self-motivated, and proactive with a desire to make a difference.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a strong team.
