We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at SRV Global Consultancy Pvt. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and implementing safe working practices across our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Policies: Create and maintain up-to-date health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate Incidents: Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health and safety activities, including training, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a health and safety role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
