We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary Mental Health team in an inpatient setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct group and individual therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing or a related field.
  • Experience working in an inpatient mental health setting, preferably in a leadership or specialist role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
