As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the SSN-AUKUS Build Program. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Commercial Manager and broader team to deliver commercial and administrative support across high-profile contracts.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contract administration and governance
  • Drafting commercial documents, letters, reports, and business cases
  • Managing commercial data and ensuring accurate information tracking and reporting
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial team and General Manager – Commercial
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in commercial administrative support within complex project environments
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field, such as commerce and/or law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage commercial data and reporting processes

This position requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
