Defence Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Defence division at Service Stream supporting the PAS contract.
This is a permanent full-time position that could be based at any of the main defence bases in South Australia.
About the role:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Manager in the management of a state-wide defence contract covering multiple bases.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring all commercial activities are conducted efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting contract change proposals (CCPs).
- Maintaining and organising all contract-related documentation.
- Ensuring that all contract terms and conditions are adhered to and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in tracking contract-related financials.
- Preparing regular reports on contract performance.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Identifying potential risks related to contract execution.
About you:
- 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
- A strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and defence industry standards.
- Proficiency in using contract management software and MS Office Suite.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
