About the Role

The role of Integrated Logistics Support Specialist is crucial in delivering successful Defence projects. This position involves managing Defence ILS product programmes, including configuring data and building documents, delivery against project schedule, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Manage Defence ILS product programmes of work packages to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation Development: Develop necessary ILS documents, such as Planned Maintenance Documentation, Sparing Analysis, Technical Manuals, Training Material, and Conformance Certification.
  • Process Improvement: Develop scalable ILS documentation processes to improve accuracy and efficiency in delivering Defence projects.
  • Data Management: Manage technical data, ensuring technical accuracy and configuration management requirements are met.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in undertaking ILS roles, preferably in a Defence setting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or ILS related disciplines.
  • Training in LORA, RAM, and/or Training needs analysis.
  • Working knowledge of CoA ASDEFCON contracting templates.
  • A clear understanding of logistics engineering processes applied to complex projects.
