We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development initiatives across high-security, government and Tier 1 specialist building sectors.
This full-time position is based in Derrimut, Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government agencies and Tier 1 contractors.
- Drive growth in targeted industry segments through strategic planning and execution.
- Oversee quotations and tenders to ensure alignment with commercial standards.
- Develop targeted sales strategies to win new clients and projects.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance to senior management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2G sales with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling to government agencies and Tier 1 contractors.
- Strong understanding of the High Security sector, including key players, regulations, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
