Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships and New Business Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract.

About the Role

This key position involves delivering world-class year-round partnerships with leading brands and sporting organisations and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and evaluating these partnerships, growing revenue through various activities, and executing the partnership's strategy in collaboration with senior managers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to deliver against reach, brand, audience, revenue, and impact goals.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships and New Business to create a pipeline of business opportunities and prepare relevant pitch materials to secure new business.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnerships to ensure they meet expectations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop new ideas that benefit both parties.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial or marketing roles, with a proven track record in new business development and account management.
  • Ability to craft and deliver end-to-end marketing strategies and plans.
  • Experience in analysing data and turning insights into actionable decisions.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-value commercial partnerships from concept to execution.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
