Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Ambassador. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in process.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Assignments and Key Distribution: Assign rooms to guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Valet Parking and Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with valet parking and luggage, ensuring their belongings are safe and secure.
  • Package Delivery and Tourism Information: Deliver packages to guests and provide information on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest calls and messages, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
