Key Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Ensure the hotel's public areas and guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant departments.
  • Security and Safety: Monitor the hotel's security systems, respond to any incidents or emergencies, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
