About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Team Lead to join our team at Bunnings Blacktown Store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations and ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer experiences.

As an Operational Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and make a positive impact on our business and the community. Your primary focus will be on coaching and developing your team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store leadership team: Collaborate with other leaders to achieve store objectives and ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Lead by example: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and set the standard for your team members.
  • Coach and develop your team: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to help your team members improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain high merchandising standards: Ensure visual displays are well-maintained, aligned with store marketing plans, and meet business requirements.
What You'll Need
  • Experience as a supervisor or leader: Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams in a high-safety and high-compliance environment.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Customer service focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for our customers.
  • Coaching and development skills: Experience in coaching and developing others to achieve their full potential.
