As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
The Role:
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cinema Operations team as a Duty Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the team on shift, ensuring the site is well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with the Location Manager to manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of our cinema.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a smile
- Process tickets and serve food and beverages
- Ensure the site is clean and well-maintained
- Lead and motivate the team on shift
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for film and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll need to have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. If you're a natural leader with a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
Availability:
We offer a flexible roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts. As a Duty Manager, you'll be expected to contribute to the success of our cinema and be available to work a variety of shifts.
