Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide generalist HR advice and functions to facilitate an equitable, efficient and effective workforce.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for providing HR support in employment relations, workforce planning, change management, policies and systems, managing workplace behaviour and diversity, supporting a respectful workplace culture, and providing general advice on staffing/Award related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide proactive establishment and continuation of stakeholder and customer relationships within the area of allocated responsibility
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, strategies and operations
Selection Criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business, or equivalent experience in the provision of generalist human resources advice and consultancy services
  • Sound knowledge of the legislative and regulative requirements relating to human resources management and industrial/employee relations
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately identify significant Human Resources issues and clearly communicate their business implications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including effective dispute management and alternate dispute resolution skills
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction as to work priorities
