Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:The Opportunity
This 12-month assignment offers flexible work arrangements in Richmond or Geelong.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Extracting, analyzing, and presenting data using Excel, SAS, and Salesforce for reporting and projection activities.
- Developing, refining, and maintaining complex forecast and projection models.
- Creating forecasting reports, data visualizations, and operational insights to support strategic planning.
- Interpreting performance trends in the context of business operations.
- Applying statistical modeling to support forecasting and performance monitoring.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Advanced Formulas).
- A sound understanding of forecasting and statistical modeling methods.
- Experience working with SAS data libraries and reporting tools.
- Ability to connect data insights with business outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce analytical tools or BI reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
