Business Analyst Role

A Business Analyst is required to drive our business success by bridging the gap between business needs and innovative solutions. As a key team member, you will be responsible for eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements for CRM, Data and other non-digital system projects.

This role involves facilitating and managing workshops of varying sizes and topics, including training and requirements gathering. You will also identify and assess security risks and business impacts, translating business needs into actionable security requirements.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and analyse business requirements for CRM and Data projects.
  • Facilitate and manage workshops on various topics.
  • Identify and assess security risks.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on non-digital projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies.
