About the Role

This is a Business Insights Analyst position that will support our Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Reporting and Insights Lead with reporting requirements. The role involves generating insights from NFR data to inform business decisions and enhance the Control environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing NFR data to produce actionable information.
  • Developing and executing tests to validate data accuracy.
  • Providing analytical support for the Retail Division, including monitoring and improving data quality in the NFR Hub.
  • Generating, presenting, and analysing relevant NFR insights.
Requirements:
  • Quality Assurance - Ensuring high-quality working solutions through rigorous testing with a customer-centric focus.
  • Proficiency in risk management and data visualisation tools, including Service Now (NFR Hub), Qlikview, Excel etc.
  • Able to translate quantitative and qualitative information into insightful narratives and visualisations.
