Head Chef Role - Creative Leader

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in a popular high-turnover café. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in respected venues and possess the ability to inspire and grow a talented team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about shaping culinary experiences from the ground up and have a vision for delivering elevated yet accessible cuisine. They should have experience in café or casual dining leadership and be able to work closely with ownership to shape the culinary identity of our new site.

In this unique dual-phase role, you will take charge of an established café kitchen and begin planning for the launch of a new all-day venue featuring a premium evening dining experience. You will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, adding creative flair to the existing menu, collaborating on the development and launch of a new premium dining concept, and building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing kitchen team.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality, consistency, and strong operational foundations across both sites, as well as driving innovation and growth within the business.
