Head Chef
to help drive our multi-million-dollar food portfolio and shape the future of dining at our brand-new, state-of-the-art venue.

The Role
You will help lead a team that services:
A thriving Functions & Events space
Design flavourful menus that balance creativity, consistency, and customer favourites.
Manage budgets, food costs, P&L, and labour costs with precision.
Inventory and supplier management.
Ensure that food is presented consistently, maintaining taste and quality.
Drive food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
Keep ahead of food trends and evolving customer expectations.
Build supplier relationships and secure the best produce.
Motivate, coach, and support your team to reach their full potential.
About You
You're a proven culinary leader with at least
5 years' experience as Head or Executive Chef
in a large-scale, multi-outlet environment.
A flair for creativity and an eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, menu planning, and cost control.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills – able to inspire, train, and connect with people at every level.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and unforgettable experiences.
