About the Role

  • Take full ownership of kitchen operations, leading by example to uphold excellence across all aspects of service.
  • Design and deliver exciting pub style food while driving function execution.
  • Inspire and mentor a dynamic team of chefs, fostering growth, creativity, and consistency.
  • Oversee rostering, ordering, inventory, and food cost management to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Champion food safety, compliance, and a positive, professional kitchen culture.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or a Senior Sous ready to step up in a high-volume, driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and energise a large team during peak service.
  • Broad culinary expertise, creative flair, and a commitment to delivering excellence under pressure.
  • Commercially astute, highly organised, and hands-on in your approach.
  • Full-time work eligibility in Australia (visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate).
  • Previous experience with CTB & Deputy (Highly Regarded)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,996.85 – $85,000.00 per year
