Job Overview:

We are seeking a sales professional to join our Enterprise Sales team in Melbourne, Australia. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and addressing complex business challenges through identity-first security solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.

  • Establish a long-term approach to net new logo pipeline generation
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support territory growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities
  • IDentify, target, and engage with key decision-makers to build and cultivate your network of influencers
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to consistently meet revenue quota targets
  • Utilize Okta partners to identify and open new opportunities
  • Build effective partnerships within the Okta ecosystem (xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First)
  • Adopt a value-based sales approach to bring a compelling point of view to each customer
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 8-12+ years success growing revenue for enterprise SaaS products
  • Ability to evangelize and educate C-level decision-makers
  • Complex sales cycle navigation skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven success selling into C-suite and building partnership buy-in
  • Significant experience selling with GSI's & partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of technical aptitude
  • Confident self-motivation with humility to work in teams
  • Mastery using a Sales Framework such as MEDDICC or Challenger
