Enterprise Growth Director Role
This role involves leading sales efforts to bring in new enterprise clients across ANZ. You will be responsible for developing tailored solutions, identifying opportunities across various industries, and managing your own pipeline.
You will lead all stages of the sales cycle to win new logo enterprise clients.
You will identify opportunities across major industries such as financial services, retail, telco, government, and tech.
You will develop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams, leveraging innovative tools and technology.
You will build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide consultative, insight-led conversations.
You will manage your own pipeline and forecasting with strong CRM discipline.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in enterprise B2B sales, experience closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders, a commercial mindset, and autonomy. Strong leadership skills are also essential for this role.

Job Requirements:
Proven track record of success in enterprise B2B sales.
Experience closing complex, long-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders.
Commercial mindset and confidence working with C-suite buyers.
Self-driven and proactive with a willingness to work autonomously.
