Job Description

We're seeking a commercial leader to drive strategic partnerships across private healthcare networks and buying groups. This role focuses on enterprise-wide growth initiatives across whole company portfolios, driving revenue through enterprise private hospital accounts and buying groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion commercial growth strategies aligned with global and local objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives (CEOs, CFOs) to drive enterprise partnerships.
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, offer modeling, and deal execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead annual sales planning and performance reviews.
  • Represent the business in strategic account reviews at regional and national levels.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree qualifications in Business or related fields.
  • Proven commercial leadership experience in MedTech industries.
  • Expertise in account development at enterprise-level.
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen.
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as required for this role.
