**About the Role:** We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive in Melbourne. In this role, you will have ownership of bookings growth in new and existing accounts across Melbourne & Victoria as a priority.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities while working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quota

- Manage and grow sales pipeline to move strategic transactions through the sales process

- Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with mid-enterprise accounts

- Present solutions within complex data center design environments

- Collaborate with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth

- Provide regular feedback on local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships

**Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in tech sales (selling IT infrastructure or SaaS security)

- Consistent track record of landing net new logos

- Strong performance selling to multiple accounts across various verticals

- Understanding and experience working with channels

- Highly driven and goal-oriented attitude

- Experience selling complex solutions
