Your New Role

As a Transformation Project Manager, you will work directly with clients across all areas of project management to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role requires independent operation, with responsibilities including:

  • Taking briefs from clients and providing direction on project services
  • Analysing clients' businesses to understand potential impacts from change
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing tactics to manage organisational changes for a project, leading to desired outcomes
  • Executing plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining relationships, and being a supportive team member
  • Applying Project Management principles, as well as Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods
  • Providing support to recipients of change and business leaders during and after the project

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll bring professional experience in consulting and/or knowledge of project delivery and end-to-end delivery of organisational change. Typically, Transformation Project Managers have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management roles
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioural Science, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire and ability to contribute to our project management practice

You'll also possess essential attributes for managing change, including resilience, an inquisitive nature, empathy, problem analysis and solving, influencing, and negotiating.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
