Expertech Seeks a PMO Analyst for Digital Transformation

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to make a significant impact in our three-year digital transformation initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team of 10 and building PMO capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Governance & Controls: Develop governance frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and effective project oversight. Establish controls that promote accountability and quality throughout the transformation process.
  • Risk Tracking & Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard project success. Create proactive risk management strategies that enhance resilience and support informed decision-making.
  • Influencing Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to advocate for project objectives. Utilize your influencing skills to drive engagement and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Building PMO Capability: Develop and enhance PMO processes and methodologies to optimize project delivery. Mentor and empower your team to elevate their skills and contribute to overall portfolio performance.
  • Managing Portfolio Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring projects deliver on their intended outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.

What We Offer:
