Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Manila. As a key member of our Change Management Practice, you will work directly with clients across all areas of change management to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking briefs from clients and providing direction on Change Management services
  • Analysing clients' businesses, operations, and structures to understand potential impacts from change
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders, including preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing tactics to manage organisational changes and lead to desired outcomes
  • Executing plans, scheduling, reporting progress, raising risks, and maintaining effective relationships
  • Applying Project Management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

You will also provide support to recipients of change and business leaders during and after the project.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Project Management, or Applied Behavioural Science)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and ability to contribute to our Change Management Practice

You will also possess essential attributes for managing change, including resilience, an inquisitive nature, empathy, problem analysis and solving, influencing, and negotiating.
