We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our ServiceNow initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through the successful delivery of complex digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and service management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platforms and tools
