Seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager to drive project success in workflow automation, collaborating closely with business and technology groups to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.

About the Role:

  • Deliver end-to-end project management as a key member of the team, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closure.
  • Analyze and implement workflow management solutions to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
  • Lead transformation projects, liaising and collaborating with external teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assess dependencies and delays, driving workshops and circulating outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a backlog with features, epics, and stories, aligning with business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with product owners and interfacing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Capture and manage RAID for the initiative, ensuring timely resolution of issues and risks.
  • Document functional and technical requirements, serving as a bridge between business and development teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end delivery as a senior business analyst or project manager.
  • Previous experience working on transformation projects, with a focus on workflow automation.
  • Strong ability to drive workshops and circulate outcomes, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
  • Excellent technical and business engagement skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
