About the Role

The Performance Executive is a crucial role within our team at EssenceMediaCom, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting, working closely with your manager to produce best-in-class solutions and deliver against targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end biddable campaigns, including flawless campaign management and strong use of tools & technology
  • Take ownership of exceptional client reporting, applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail throughout
  • Proactively work towards and maintain all mandatory channel certifications, as well as identifying further opportunities for growth with your manager
  • Work closely with your manager to develop planning skills, including measurement and tracking frameworks
